Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Byron Bay purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right. Below you’ll find how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Due to food safety, opened food items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Email us with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is complete.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we don’t offer direct product exchanges.
  • Please initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
